Colonial Acres is owned and operated by the residents.  It is a nonprofit housing corporation.  This means that the residents own the corporation, which holds the buildings, clubhouse, pool, wood workshop and all the improvements.  And what a great place to meet new people!  Check our events page.  There are plenty of activites for you to engage in.  Our units come with products by General Electric, Bryant, Moen, Gilbraltar and Wilsonart.

The association dues includes maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, trash pickup, exterior insurance, water bill, roof repair, basement repair, furnace care and water heater.
